Hearthwood Roasters offers convenient coffee subscriptions designed to keep your cup full of fresh, artisan beans. Our subscriptions are based on a recurring billing cycle (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) as selected at signup. Your initial payment covers the first cycle, and subsequent payments will be automatically charged to your chosen payment method on the renewal date.
You can manage your subscription, including pausing, modifying, or cancelling, at any time through your account portal. To cancel an upcoming shipment, changes must be made at least 3 days prior to your next scheduled billing date. Refunds for partial subscription periods are not typically offered.
